Places like Melchsee-Frutt are where wrestling originated.
It is therefore our obligation to continue fostering the tradition and down-to-earth nature of Schwingen.
For the Frutt Schwinget, approximately 100 wrestlers and, in ideal weather conditions, around 1,500 to 2,000 festival visitors are expected.
